Hiža jaga
The surroundings
Hiža Jaga is located in the heart of Istria and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. There are only a few houses and a total of 9 inhabitants in the tiny settlement of Regulići, within the municipality of Barban.
The property is immersed in nature and perfect for a chance to relax and recharge. Yet, a short drive away from gorgeous beaches on both Istrian coasts and various points of interest. Every Istrian corner can be reached within an hour.
The space
The ground floor consists of the kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a bathroom. An open staircase will lead you to the first floor with an open-plan master bedroom, another bedroom, and a second bathroom.
Four doors connect the house to the outside. Directly adjacent to the house, the shaded patio with a summer kitchen and dining area overlooks the garden and the 28 m2 swimming pool, with greenery in the background. The swimming pool has a large pool deck with sun loungers, an outside shower and a lounge area surrounded by typical Mediterranean plants.
There is an additional sitting area with an old stone table and bench in the garden.
